Earn users must not mislead Earn and Trade LLC, any advertisers, affiliates, third parties, or other users due to false name, email, phone number, zip code, birthday, photos, posts, etc. Users on Earn must submit accurate information upon signing up and post non-misrepresenting photos and posts. Profiles that are created to mimic someone are prohibited. Furthermore, Earn users are limited to only one (1) account. Earn users are also limited to utilizing advertisers, affiliate networks, affiliates, and third parties on Earn for points one (1) time.

As a user of Earn, you are agreeing to full responsibility and understanding that you claim all risk for anything including loss of points, loss of account, the hack of account, loss of personal information, etc. Earn does not claim any responsibility for anything that happens to accounts. The management of your account entails all information including all information given to Earn on Sign Up, as well as, but not limited to, all information posted throughout Earn. As a user, you agree to maintain your account and consistent security practices such as password rotation every 3 months. In the event of any of the listed events, it is your responsibility to utilize Earn’s resources and reach out to [email protected] as soon as possible. Earn is not liable for any losses of points or information of all kinds.

The point system on Earn is referred to as two different types of points: pending points and available points. Both points have no cash value and can only be “traded” for items on Earn. Users may redeem points for Gift Cards. Earn delivers Gift Cards to the email address provided to Earn in the form of a redemption code.

Pending points are used as a placeholder and are not tradable. This is done since our advertisers, affiliates, and third parties take time to pay out on commissionable actions. Points are tradable and get automatically converted from the non-tradable pending points. Both points are distributed in a first-earned, first-distributed method.

Points may not be instantaneously distributed. Earn has a process for verification to ensure our safety. Therefore, pending points may be distributed in 1–48 hours (or more depending on the date, but we aim to distribute pending points as soon as possible) and points may be distributed in 1–35 days depending on the advertisers, affiliates, and third parties.

As a user, by your own free will/self-determination, you can utilize Earn to earn points that are redeemable after you complete actions on Earn through our advertisers, affiliates, and third parties. Points will only be awarded if the advertisers, affiliates, and third parties deem the action as commissionable. This is ONLY determined by the advertisers, affiliates, and third parties, not Earn; therefore, Earn is not responsible for any payouts, money lost due to paid trial sign-ups, free trial sign-ups, purchases, or any action done through shopping.

Earn is not responsible or obligated to give pending points/points to users who have claimed to complete a commissionable action. Our advertisers, affiliates, and third parties are tracked through a network that is responsible for the majority of the tracking and disbursement of points. Earn doesn’t control commissionable action tracking. Earn tracks user ID for point disbursement purposes.

Earning points is done through using affiliate links provided by our affiliate networks. These affiliate networks supply terms for commissionable actions which are displayed on Earn. After users complete the commissionable action, they are awarded pending points, as our affiliate networks often place a 30-day holding period on their commissions. After the commissionable action is paid within our network, we automatically convert the pending points to points.

Earn users may also be subject to point deductions regardless of points and regardless of when the points were earned, at any time throughout your history as a user, without notification. This may be due to various reasons including, but not limited to, a limited number of disbursements done by advertisers, affiliates, and third parties and charging back Earn. Advertisers, affiliates, and third parties may revert point disbursement due to various reasons including chargebacks, refunds, users not being a fit for advertising, fraud, wrong point value dispersed, etc.

Earn also reserves the right to refuse future and current service. Earn reserves this right if users are suspected of not being compliant with Earn’s Terms and Conditions along with any other terms Earn sets in the future.

Earn elects to remove points from accounts that have not been logged into or accounts that have not earned or traded points in one year six months time (1 year 6 months). This entails Earn removing the points earned by users and having those deducted points go into Earn’s personal point pool as a result of inactivity on Earn.

Earn will send a 30-day written notice in the form of a warning email before removing points due to inactivity; however, if the warned account ignores or fails to restart activity, Earn will consider the account inactive and deduct the points. Earn also elects to make changes to the point removal clauses in this paragraph due to any unforeseen policy changes Earn, advertisers, affiliate networks, affiliates, and third parties may change. Earn may also remove points without notification or consent.

As a user, you can request to dispute your point removal and it will be handled on a case-by-case basis by an Earn representative with our terms and conditions in mind. Users can dispute this through [email protected].

Earn and Trade LLC reserves the right to monitor, limit, and restrict user earnings in accordance with this cap. Any attempt to circumvent this limitation, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent activities, or manipulating the system in any way, will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any accrued but unpaid earnings.

Earn and Trade LLC further reserves the right to modify or adjust this earnings cap at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you have reached the $500 earnings limit and continue to use the Platform, you acknowledge that any additional earnings will not be credited or paid out.

As you sign up for Earn, you agree to accept and receive emails with the email address you provide Earn. As for any advertisers, affiliates, or third parties you reach through Earn, you as a user on their website/service abide by their GDPR email terms if you commit an action on their website/service triggering accepting and receiving emails. Earn is not responsible for any messages, notifications, or marketing that happens in conjunction.

The emails Earn will send include but are not limited to: sign-up welcome email, follower notification email, like notification email, @ mention email, new advertiser/affiliate email, and purchase confirmation email. As a user of Earn, you may choose the option to opt out of receiving emails from Earn; however, choosing this option will impact your user experience.

As part of the Earn user experience, we may send periodic in-app notifications to communicate platform updates, reward opportunities, promotional content, or other messages. By using the Earn platform, you acknowledge and agree to receive such notifications, which are an integral part of our service.

Earn and Trade LLC may deliver notifications using a distinct, humorous, satirical, irreverent, or culturally referential style. These communications are intended for entertainment, brand engagement, and user experience enhancement. Some notifications may contain humor, irony, sarcasm, or commentary; cultural references, memes, or references to third-party brands; and observations or jokes related to lifestyle, work culture, or current trends.

Any mention of a third-party brand, service, or platform within our notifications is for editorial, comedic, or illustrative purposes only. Earn and Trade LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party entities referenced, unless explicitly stated. These references do not imply any partnership or commercial relationship and are used under fair use principles and in accordance with applicable law.

By continuing to use Earn, you agree that: you understand and accept the nature of our notification content; you will not interpret any satirical, comedic, or fictionalized notification as factual advice, a professional recommendation, or an endorsement; Earn and Trade LLC shall not be liable for any perceived offense, misunderstanding, or reliance on notification content; and you waive any claims against Earn and Trade LLC for the style, content, or brand references included in notifications.

Earn and Trade LLC may publish informational, editorial, or review-based content under author profiles that are editorial personas or pen names. These personas are representative of distinct content categories, tone styles, and topic expertise but may not correspond to real individuals. All content published under such names is created, curated, or reviewed by Earn’s internal editorial team or authorized contributors.

Images associated with these editorial personas may be stock photography for illustrative purposes. These photos do not depict real people and are not to be interpreted as personal endorsements or actual likenesses of contributors.

The information Earn collects may be used to track our user’s activity. Users on Earn are tracked after clicking on buttons containing affiliate links on advertisements and transported to the corresponding website. The links are modified with Earn-assigned IDs which are given to users on registration to determine the activity that is correlated to our Earn users, such as which links they clicked, which advertisers they interacted with, as well as what users traded their points for.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
